Jeremy Richard
(Agency Principle / Commercial Producer)
Jeremy began his insurance career in 2003 as a commercial producer. With 20 Years of Commercial Insurance experience Jeremy has been involved in hard and soft markets, this gives him insight into how to deal with the current challenges we face in these uncertain times.
Jeremy bought the Farrar Insurance Agency in April of 2021. A lifelong dream had come true. Immediately Jeremy went to work on remodeling the building and updating the CPU systems, with that complete, the next step was to secure new insurance markets to make sure Farrar Insurance continued to provide the best possible insurance coverages at an affordable price.
Jeremy's main goal is to provide one one-on-one customer service. No 1-800 numbers, just good old-fashioned customer service! " Our customers are our #1 priority"
Jack Copeland
Jack attended Blackhawk college before starting at Farrar Insurance in 1985. He handles the agency's personal lines business and all claims. Jack is married and has a Son.
Sue Daniels
Sue Daniels Started at Farrar Insurance in 1999 as the bookkeeper. After a few years she decided to become an insurance agent, she got her license and now she is a Personal lines and Commercial lines, producer. She is married to her best friend they have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family.
Nick Hansel
Nick Hansel married father of 6, graduated with a Bachelor's of Science from Oral Roberts University in 1996 and has been licensed in Property & Casualty and Health & Life since 1999. Life long Star Wars fan and pickleball addict. Consulting business owners about insurance is my job but developing meaningful relationships is what drives me every day.

Originally from Macomb, Illinois, I moved to the Quad Cities to earn my degree from Augustana College. After graduation, I proudly served in the United States Air Force, an experience that shaped my commitment to service and integrity.
With over a decade of experience in life insurance and the financial industry, I specialize in helping individuals, families, and businesses build customized insurance solutions that provide peace of mind and long-term security. My mission is to ensure every client feels confident and protected with a plan tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle.
Beyond my professional work, I’m deeply committed to the Quad Cities community. I actively support several local non-profit organizations focused on family resources, mental health, and suicide prevention—causes close to my heart.

Blake Kilker

I’m originally from the North Scott area, where I attended high school, and later earned my degree at Coe College. Staying rooted in this community is important to me, and I’m dedicated to helping local people and businesses thrive.
As a Commercial Insurance Producer with Farrar Insurance, I believe in a holistic insurance model—serving as a resource, not just a salesman. I emphasize education, proactive risk management, and making myself available to clients and community members alike, whether they need guidance or simply a second opinion.
While most of my focus is on commercial accounts, I also provide personal lines and life insurance coverage to ensure every client has complete, well-rounded protection.
Before joining Farrar Insurance, I worked as a Life Insurance Producer and Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual. That role gave me a strong foundation in helping clients protect their futures, and it inspired me to broaden my ability to serve more comprehensively. At Farrar, I’m able to do just that—rounding out coverage and offering tailored solutions that fit a wide range of needs.
Outside of my career, I stay active in the community by supporting nonprofits focused on suicide prevention and affordable housing access. Personally, I’m an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast who enjoys tinkering on projects, an outdoorsman who spends time hunting and fishing, and a football fan who loves staying active.
Ashton Vanhyning
Ashton started at Farrar Insurance in November 2023 as a receptionist. She quickly decided to become an insurance agent; she got her license an now she is a Personal Lines producer. Ashton is married and has 3 kids. Outside of work she spends lots of time making memories with her family.
Allison Montgomery
Allison recently joined Farrar Insurance in 2025 as a Customer Service Associate and plans to become a Personal Line Agent. She looks forward to helping clients and expanding her knowledge of insurance. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, trying new foods, and going on weekend trips.
Natalie Souden

Natalie is a dedicated insurance agent with Farrar Insurance based in Rock Island, Illinois, proudly serving the Quad Cities community she has always called home. With 18 years of customer service experience, she brings a people first approach to everything she does, genuinely enjoying the opportunity to connect with others and make a positive impact on their day.
Natalie is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners better understand their insurance options so they can make confident, informed decisions about their coverage. She believes that the right protection brings peace of mind not just for today, but for the future.
Outside of work, Natalie shares a full and happy life with her husband Josh of 11 years, their beautiful baby boy, and their two dogs. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and it’s that same care and commitment she brings to every client she serves.
